After nearly 20 years working on the water as a master captain, Eric Simmerman began making simple skincare at home to care for his own skin. Moo & Mangrove grew from that personal need and a lifelong wish to make something of his own.

Today, our products are made locally in Port of the Isles, just outside Marco Island, with a name inspired by our Southwest Florida surroundings.

Beef tallow is a traditional skincare ingredient rich in naturally occurring fatty acids. Moo & Mangrove uses tallow to create rich, nourishing moisturizers that help soften the skin and support its natural moisture barrier.

Each offers a different texture and experience. Our Tallow Cream is creamy and easy to spread for everyday moisturizing, while Tallow Balm has a richer, more concentrated texture that’s great for dry areas. Our Manuka Honey & Mango Body Butter combines deeply moisturizing tallow with Manuka honey for an indulgent, full-body skincare experience.
